تیاری و استعمال: تمام ادویات کا سفوف بنا لیں کسی شیشی میں محفوظ رکھیں دو چمچ رات سوتے وقت ایک پاؤ نیم گرم دودھ کیساتھ۔
فوائد: دائمی قبض اور اتفاقیہ قبض میں مفید ہے چہرے کو با رونق بناتا ہے فعل امعاء کو یقینی بنانے کے ساتھ ساتھ جسم کو تقویت دے کر وزن بڑھاتا ہے۔
