اجزاء: مغز بادام مقشر 100 عدد، سونف 30 گرام، برگ سنا مکی 30 گرام، چہار مغز 20 گرام، الائچی خورد 20 گرام، چینی 100 گرام۔
تیاری و استعمال: تمام ادویات کا سفوف بنا لیں کسی شیشی میں محفوظ رکھیں دو چمچ رات سوتے وقت ایک پاؤ نیم گرم دودھ کیساتھ۔
